Promotion Period:
2/15/2021 through 4/15/2021
Promotion Benefits:
With a minimum stock order of 12 units, any mix, of a select group of products, participating distributors will be entitled to 60-day extended payment terms, a waiver of our customary $10,000 prepaid freight minimum, and custom merchandising & sales tools to help promote the product to their contractor and end-user base.
How to win the big prize:
All distributor stocking orders received during the promotional time period are eligible. Distributors may choose to also offer the promotion to any contractor or end-user customer, and Soltech will direct ship to a distributor customer’s address, provided that the minimum order size of 12 units per shipment applies.
To be eligible for the promotional terms, orders must be accompanied by the attached distributor or contractor order form and approved by an authorized purchasing agent for each participating distributor location. There are no limits to the number of stocking orders per location, but each must be accompanied by the approved order form. The promotion applies to orders for local stocking purposes only – project orders and prior sales are explicitly excluded.
At the conclusion of the promotion period, all eligible orders will be tallied, and the winners notified by e-mail no later than April 30, 2021.
